Every ticket purchaser MUST bring the following items to pick up orders at will call: (1) Purchase confirmation email; (2) a valid, government-issued photo ID; the name on the documents must match in order to receive your order at will call. If you purchased 2 or more festival passes, your guest(s) must be physically present with you at will call to receive their festival pass. 5-Day Festival Passes; includes entry to all events, re-entry and guaranteed entry (subject to venue legal capacity).

The Vujaday Music Festival 2022 will happen whether rain or shine unless forced to cancel or postpone due to local government mandates and/ or regulations.
The artist line-up/set times are subject to change without notice.
The Festival is strictly an 18+ event. Anyone under the age of 18 who has purchased a ticket will be refused entry – no refund is applicable.
Tickets are non-refundable. In the case of a local government forced cancellation of the event due to local mandates and/ or regulations due to COVID-19 or other similar circumstance any amount paid toward an entry ticket will be refundable by request to the original form of payment within 30 days of the request. All ticket processing and booking fees are non-refundable in any circumstance. Any requests for refunds outside those listed above will be considered on a case by case basis upon written request from the purchaser.
The performers, advertised attractions and venues are subject to change, and no refunds will be offered if any performances are cancelled.
Tickets must be purchased directly from the site or via www.vujadaymusicfestival.com or one of our officially authorized outlets listed on our website.
Tickets purchased from unauthorized sales channels (e.g., scalpers or resale sites) may be forged, and in this case, will not be honoured or eligible for a refund.
Regular priced tickets are transferable. In order to complete a transfer, the original ticket holder must contact info@vujadaymusicfestival.com and verify the purchase and transfer. COMP and tickets discounted more than 25% are not transferable.
Cancellation of a payment plan while there is a balance owing will result in a forfeit of the payments made to date. Unless the ticket is transferred as per our terms above.
Once you purchase your ticket(s), you will receive an order confirmation email from Easol (noreply@easol.com) on behalf of Vujaday Music Festival. Assumption of Risk and Liability
While attending the event, you may be exposed to the risk of contracting a communicable disease, including but not limited to COVID-19. While we will have put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, we cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. By attending and/or participating in the event, you assume all such risks related to any illness (including COVID-19), injury or harm and are deemed to be given a full release of any liability to the venue, and all associated producers, sponsors, including their directors, officers, employees, and volunteers, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
